Making Connections was the 15th Annual Publishing Innovation Conference organised by MA Publishing students at London College of Communication in April 2019.
I led the design team in creating a cohesive visual identity that ran across all print and digital outputs.
The focus of Making Connections was on ways of developing innovative relationships between readers and publishers.
In developing the visual identity for the conference, we honed in on rotating blocks and shapes clicking into place, echoing an interaction of diverse ideas.
We rethought the guest pack to reflect the event's sustainable values. In place of single use plastic or energy intensive cotton tote bags, I designed a branded paper holder.
The entire guest pack was produced using a mixture of spare paperstocks (recycled or sustainably produced), from the LCC print room.
