Making Connections was the 15th Annual Publishing Innovation Conference organised by MA Publishing students at London College of Communication in April 2019. I led the design team, developing the event's visual identity and production of all collateral.
The focus of Making Connections was on ways of developing innovative relationships between readers and publishers. In developing the visual identity for the conference, we honed in on rotating blocks and shapes clicking into place, echoing an interaction of diverse ideas.
As part of making the event more sustainable, we designed the guest pack to be completely paper based, avoiding giving the guests single-use plastic or yet another cotton intensive tote bag.
